4) Ensure US remains the global hub of bitcoin
5) Will recognize that bitcoin is not a security but a class of its own
6) Will consider pardoning Ross Ulbricht and others unjustly prosecuted in attempt to attack Bitcoin

I really hope he does get pardoned... his sentence was never proportional and the trial was corrupt as fuck. He's done his time by now.

His chances of becoming president are zero, but it’s good to hear these issues being spoken about at this level. Compare to four years ago when most politicians wouldn’t even give bitcoin a second look.
Politics is inadequate because it is centralized, human dependent, and therefore always ends up captured by powerful entities. Bitcoin fixes this ^
It is amazing to see a politician saying these things in 2023 though. Just shows how far Bitcoin has seeped into humanity. It is unstoppable.
