True. My concern is as always legislation. While you are thankfully able to hold your own BTC you might run the risk to get criminalized along the way. The US might use BTC similar to the way they used first gold and then oil: as a foundation asset to prop up the dollar.

I feel ya. My hope is that with each update, we get more options to stay anonymous or private. So far, major steps have been taken. But for the long run, we need to come up with and implement even more privacy measures.
