Morning Nostriches
Loan mine was dead yesterday, don’t have high hopes for a wild run today, but maybe I’m wrong.
Got out on the deck for some early morning sunlight on my face, but it’s still pretty cold out there & I am apparently a big baby so there’s that.
Bonus pic is sunrise this morning, it’s always more stunning this time of the year before the leaves come in.

You get paid the same whether the mine produces or not?
Yes & no. When it’s busy there’s bonuses & OT. But my base salary is more than enough to keep me stacking sats! That said I well prefer busy. Day goes faster, I earn my base through hard work etc
I agree with prefer to be busy.
I feel accomplished when I’m able to focus deeply.
That being said God has me in a season of fragmented time.
The trade off? Getting to spend a ton of time investing into our young man!
And honestly…I’d rather do that than “work”
I guess a good thing for you is yo get more time to touch grass if you are less busy.
Yeah, but I don’t have any little ones at home, so slack off time is spent reading or playing stupid time wasting games. I can sneak away here & there for small projects, but am mostly tethered to the desk
