By library I mean searchable archive of dialogue related to open source development as opposed to having to search/sort noise at Google… maybe it makes no sense, or maybe it already functions like that (?) - really just looking for Simple and efficient way for beginners to better understand open source development so that more people can participate. Call it whatever you want.
