I hate structure, I prefer do what I want when I want

I don’t know if there is a digestion timer in the stomach but I think eating at the same time would train the stomach to digest at that given time ? I find being religious abt eating hours particularly useful (lunch and dinner) .

I agree with you so much - as people become more informed they are breaking out of the three meal a day/breakfast lunch & dinner mindset.💜
