my apparently unpopular opionion: chicken; price, health, sustainability, ease of cooking and whatever else aside, is far superior food. i simply like it more. steak is a boring slab of meat. i dont get it.
and yes, i have had a "good" steak. the best steak in the world is still just a boring slab of meat
