Some people have an endocanabinoid system that underperforms. This seems to be linked with a whole lot of chronic Illnesses. I take it for chronic pain. My father takes it for Parkinson.

Cannabis as medicine has a bell shaped efficiency curve in most cases. As you increase the dosage so does the benefit. However, if you keep increasing the benefits start to vanish. My Dr recommend that I stay between 0.5 and 1.5g a day.

As other medicines, it has sides effect. You mentioned a few but there is more.

The best is to work on helping our own endocannabinoid system to produce the good stuff. Infusions of rosmarin and oregano can help. Eating basil. Exercising. Reducing stress…

To me cannabis means being able to do to some extents, being able to rest. I smoke it, I spasm for a few minutes and I sort of pressed the reset button for my tensions.

Last but not least, cannabis isn’t a plant. It’s a familly of plants with very different profiles. Not all are good for me. Some hurt me.
