I don't know this plant or how it tastes and how you use it with other foods. Nice to learn. I also learned that there is non alcoholic wine 🤮 😀.

Still i have two recommendations 😀.

In general we dry leafy plants like this if we want to preserve them. I guess you could do that, but i don't know the plant. Also sometimes we preserve stuff like this in olive oil so that the oil takes the flavour. Again though, i don't know the plant or how it tastes or how it is used with other food.

What do you think of this?

you really have to try! its so special. Maybe grow it from seeds in a pot

i was walking through the wine shelfs for too long to finally find non alcoholic wine. 😂 But doing it for someone I love who used to like to drink alcohol sometimes. :)

last year i dried woodruff and it lost its aroma very much! so maybe freezing (or syrup)

ohhh and the taste, idk its sweet and also smells a bit like dry hay. Its a flavor that is used to sweeten stuff. Like waterice or drinks for kids.

so olive oil is not the way i think :p

Yeah, since you have already tried drying it and since it is not suitable for using it with olive oil, i agree if it is like you say, then go for freezing 👍
