I've got a spare VM running Debian, and a domain. How hard is this to get running? I've got basic Linux knowledge. Maybe it's time to run a relay?

I added your nginx config and have it enabled. I ran certbot successfully. I can see the index.html successfully over https. Still I can't connect to the relay via wss, but it works when I use ws:

you would want to replace the host settings (line 28) with your domain/subdomain. Starting both services should be fine. Also I reduced the size of the final docker image.
I'm going to look into that, I think I need to learn docker. For now I have it successfully connecting over wss! Except it just gives errors. OK π
I got that in windows. On Linux things were Working fine.
are you keeping track of all the wot relays already running? Iβd be interested in joining as many of them as I can. (already joined 4).
also, how about having the size of the wot being configurable ? like,
1 level- only me and direct friends.
2 levels- friends of friends.
3 levels- friends of friends of friendsβ¦
etc.
I guess it might explode exponentially and anything bigger than 3 became intractable. but Iβd like to see it working anyway.
