was drinking coffee at a new place that just looked like a regular ass coffee shop. Ordered a simple drink and halfway through I notice on the side it says "say no to hate"

why is this on my fucking coffee cup. what is the point of this. is it just mandatory to blast CIA propaganda in every local and national establishment? do the ones who refuse get a visit from the FBI?
