Not sure what 4th floor means to them but to me it reminded me of where i grew up.

#Lewisham SE26 on the 3rd Floor of #Sydenham Hill Estate. We didn't have much but what we did have was each other for the most part. #bmx #rundmc #skateboarding #goodsummers #coldwinters #808state #bundles & #chineesefootball --- that was wicked & we loved it x basically blasted the ball at each other - if you got hit your out - winner was the last man standing.
