Hash tags, especially #asknostr — You can ask around for people posting content you want to see.
You can also post the content you want to see. You will be contributing and you might find new connections based on who the content attracts.
I have been trying those things but I see little interaction. Being censorship resistentent is great, but see many (myself included) talking to a void.
Yeah I get that. I have a high follower count but fairly low engagement on posts. It might be the nature of my posts as well as *when* I post.
I would say following certain high volume hash tags is helpful. I haven't explored communities but certain clients have those too. You could try other clients to see if that helps. I use one as my daily driver but do poke around other ones sometimes. You may also want to experiment with other relays.
