Carnivore is meat, seafood, dairy, eggs and honey. Animal products. But they should be hormone/antibiotic-free and grass-fed. The rationale is that plants defend themselves by producing anti-nutrients that herbivores can process. I'm not strictly carnivore, but my carnivore friends are fit.
Personally, I've had mild lactose intolerance to pasteurised milk but not with raw milk maybe because the probiotics hadn't been nuked and it didn't come from factory farms.
Eat whatever you want though. 🤷♀️
