These are frozen cut okra which I thaw directly in water (cut bag open, pour okra in). Drained and then tossed in pure corn meal. I generally toss and the let sit for a minute while I do something else then toss again and let sit . . . rinse and repeat until then look like rocks

FRY at 365 fat but do not disturb much until you pull them off.
