To clarify, anyone I give access to now will always have it for free.
May make it a paid relay in the future when Nostr over Tor is a more widespread config (and it will be).

except I am on iPhone and on Damus and I am not sure how to make it work
"make it work" includes tor
and i also don't know what is Orbot
Orbot is Android only. I'm not sure if Damus has Tor support yet but I'm sure it will in the future.

iOS / Damus fam: TIL Orbot actually has been released for iOS!

Once it's installed open the settings and enable the option labelled "Disable Orbot for non-onion traffic."
Now any traffic to an onion service on your iPhone/iPad will use Orbot's SOCKS5 proxy transparently.
This should mean my Tor relay will work on iOS!
