Devil’s advocate: they have to hire some Oswald, expendable gunman who may have somewhat questionable skills and definitely questionable morals/mental stability. I think there’s still possibility it’s deep state. Another point: the sloppy secret service job who should’ve cleared the very few rooftops hours beforehand.
