Ya I turn 39 next month and same for me. It’s the age where I’m drifting away from most of my peers fitness wise
Dude I just turned 39 and I'll tell you, I feel out of shape, then I go out and theres people my age on mobility scooters. What the fuck right? I'm not overweight or in negative shape but could be ij great shape with a little more work. It's crazy how low the bar is to be above average these days.
