One of the best root vegetables

They’re delicious

I've only recently got really into them. And I'm too scared to look up if they're unhealthy. They taste too good to be healthy 👀

Especially the purple ones, lower on the glycemic index ✌️

Definitely not. Very high in vitamin A. Turns out vitamin A isn’t a vitamin after all. It’s a poison.
