I only rarely use Bluetooth and those events are only when I'm physically remote enough to guarantee security.

They're already tracking you 24/7 without bitchat even if it was a honeypot.
If you have Google Chrome, Facebook, Tiktok, or anything from the app store installed you're already being tracked.
At best you can minimize tracking with a faraday bag, graphene os with sideloaded apps, and that's being generous.
If you have a vehicle with modern safety, and GPS features you can be tracked.
And Most of all if you're using Bitcoin, they know EVERYTHING you're spending on the public ledger.
But if you were important/an actual threat you'd already be dead.
So no need to worry honestly.
