BA doesn't say what model of airplane yet 😩 I flew on Lufthansa when I went to Riga. I enjoyed that flight. I don't believe it was a double decker.

A good hack, to get that first business class experience, is to ask at the gate if there are any upgrades available.
Occasionally it’s so relatively cheap, at the last moment, that it becomes worth the splurge
