About a year ago, I watched a Netflix documentary called ‘Daughters’ that was really good. It was messed up to learn how the prison featured in that one made communication with family members so not smooth and with fees for every little thing.

Just making calls even, 2 phones between 85 men, stand in line at the start of lunch and lunch would be over and you'd be put back in your cell before you got a chance to even make a call.
