Sadly most don't realize this and are medical bills away from poverty by a chronic disease, eating right, fasting and lifting weights solves alot of the medical problems I see people running to hospital for.

Do you fast?
I like intermittent fasting for people that struggle with snacking. I used to do it but once you break that snacking on bullshit habit, I find it just difficult to eat enough protein daily.
As we get old, we lose muscle mass and gain fat. βThis is the biggest concern I have for older people that are otherwise healthy.
I still like the idea of fasting for 4-6 days at a time though. Maybe a couple times a year.
Your Body does some nice house cleaning when you fast. Those hunger stressors on the body cause a lot of positive genes to turn on more frequently too.
