Obviously we can survive off either.. plant or animal. I’m just wondering if I stopped thinking of food as food and simply something that is carrying energy within it that I need to fuel myself. What would be the best method of achieving that with the least amount of overall stress on my body.
I’m basically thinking out loud. I have no idea in actuality. Maybe I’ll try it.
Fruit only for a month? See what happens. Then maybe veggies only? Idk… would be a challenge.
