Rights which could potentially be established are: Right to self-custody, right to peer-to-peer transactions, right to run a full node, right to privacy, right to permissionless innovation, right to use Bitcoin as legal tender, right to uncensorable transactions, right to fair mining participation, right to Bitcoin as property, right to exit, right to open-source software, and right to fair taxation.
