One big announcement today is that Strike.me went global but not only that.. they also included LNAddress so now my user nbourbon@strikes.me became also my ln address
It’s an interesting alternative for Nostrians now.. as that wallet allows you to off ramp it in many countries or to move into usd or btc etc
Can you help me unpack what he meant by global? The Lightning network has always been global. Beyond being able to download the Strike app, area they now offering fiat on and off ramps in all of those new countries?
I like how Mallers said they are openly competing with Binance. Bullish about a Bitcoin only on-ramp with an approachable interface.
The app was not available globally before… obviously Lightning was but not the app. They do have on ramps in some.. but not sure which ones
