Ohh…it’s buried in the ecash section. So hard to find. Why put it there?

I can't redeem ecash tokens either. It correctly reads the token and displays its value, but there doesn't seem to be any way to actually redeem the token so that its value is reflected in my balance. Has anyone had any luck redeeming ecash tokens?
Ok, so apparently the ability to redeem ecash tokens from "outside" mints is "coming soon". I think that means that only ecash minted by Coinos.io's mint can be redeemed. Which is dumb because why would I be redeeming ecash minted by coinos.io into my coinos.io account? Unless I've received that ecash from another coinos.io user, I'm basically SOL. Hopefully they get that squared away sooner than later.
Yeah, it doesn’t work yet. Hopefully this will be implemented soon.
I thought I was taking crazy pills. I was scouring the site for like a half hour trying to figure out how to redeem the damn token. Lol Instead of a button that says "Redeem token", they have a button that's "Swap", which isn't helpful if you're trying to redeem. But it's in that swap function that the message about not accepting outside mints appears. So, maybe an update to some of links and button labels would be good, in addition to actually allowing outside mints to be redeemed.
It's in the Ecash section infortunately. They respond quicker in their Telegram group.

Please change this. Also I tried to redeem tipcards.io doesn’t work. With Phoenix and Breez no problems.
Hi Anita, I was just able to redeem a 21 sat card from tipcards.io -- what issue were you having specifically? Did you get any kind of error message or what step did it fail at?
