But really the question is do you *actually WANT* and seek to encourage it (and all that it entails), but I suppose your second part of the answer answers this is.

It's also may be matter of when, do you think it would perhaps cement a reputation (nostr has a bit of a bitcointwitter2 reputation atm, but barely, because barely anyone has even heard of nostr).
