In the year 1900, men were lean and tall. What did they eat? Not #carnivore.

Instead, they ate 4000+ calories or carbs, sugar, syrups, coffee, fruit, eggs, potatoes, butter, milk, cream, meat, and seafood.

Now men can't stay thin without some extreme diet. What happened?

Since when did you switch?

Working (as in physical labor) is a great way to negate most of the diet fads that claim to be the correct way

What is your source for "in 1900 men we tall"? From the stuff I've read European decent people were well into agrarian society and men were generally unhealthy (lack of vitamins and minerals) and rather short compared to indigenous people's. Maybe I'm basing too much off of the draftees WWII.

Plus inches were different.

How many inches was an inch in 1900? Haha

Back then, you expended 500kcal to make breakfast.. You had to walk outside to take a shit (and touch grass). Laundry took a full day of labor and 25% of women died in childbirth

What was the food made of

Food.

So much potato
