Getting rid of most of your wealth is different from not being able to reach a very high level of wealth in the first place.

One can do whatever one wants with his or her wealth.

Good for him. Might not have kids - or they might be assholes, lol.

Giving away that much? And how much of that will be wasted with unproductive work or fraud?

With that much money you can make the difference and try to remove some evil in the world and being some good.
