The TELE-psychiatrist charged me $100 (I have insurance mind you!) to tell me they won't prescribe pills and I should look into a therapist instead. Might have been because I told him I like the ❄️ and used to be a weekend warrior but that was like 2020 tbh

Finding the right therapist helped me more than the pills ever did. I don't think psychiatrists have any fucking clue what they are doing.

My therapist (former) saved my life.

The pills nearly killed me and took a year to fully quit and DT.
