Thanks for the link. Not where I'd like to spend my time. I'm all about truth but this ain't it.
How do you know this ain't it? What globe evidence do you think is so conclusive, or are you again gonna invoke the masses and how authority and credentials could not possibly be wrong?
The inability of people to concede a single flaw in these beliefs is at the very least consistent. Once you start tugging on the threads, the entire thing unravels very quickly. It's taken me years to reconcile the realization since I used to be a big NASA and spacex fanboy.
People pretend like flat earthers have been this way all their lives, while ignoring the fact almost everyone of us believed the official story for most of our lives.
Personal incredulity is by far the biggest fallacy I encounter. No way everyone could be in on it, right? That's what I used to think, and then the whole world got locked down with the same made up measures implemented in every country. I realized most people aren't in on anything, they genuinely believe these things and many of the organisations are simply built to be heavily compartmentalized.
