Good VPN, maybe Tor on top of it too, good privacy oriented browser.
Take good care of your keys, etc.
As for whatever you choose to share in here, it's public forever, so keep that in mind.

Another thing some people, which you already kinda touched on with your note already, is list down some of the other things they are interested in, then maybe you can get some suggestions on hashtags or people to follow. Can find a lot of interesting stuff that way.
Not sure how knowledgeable you are already on the subject, but this is a great source to get you started if you have questions about parts of the Nostr process. If you are not a fan, DON’T GIVE UP. At least try a different Client first. It’s important to try and keep this alive and moving forward. Join us!
