There is a somewhat common phrase, “never meet your hero.” Thankfully, I have #[0]​ as one of mine, as I met her and she continues to not disappoint. Hearing her reasoning and experience, I have felt compelled to change my own life with the #75Hard campaign. It isn’t just for my body (though that got me in the door), but for my mind and life, as well.
