I am 53 and am preparing for the next 50 years. Can I do it with just diet and exercise? 🤷‍♂️

I am 5'7" 178 lbs. Not terrible, but not awesome. I'm basically following Paul Saladino's diet recommendations, though I need to add organ meat.

Raw milk and raw eggs every morning. Grass fed meats and dairy at the other meals.

I am taking some basic supplements like NAC, collagen, magnesium, and methylene blue (30 mgs). Cinnamon and honey also.

I haven't added weights to my stretching and basic cardio yet. It's mostly because I'm lazy, and it's been 110 degrees in my garage for 4 months. We'll see if I can avoid excuses this fall and winter.

So that's it. We'll see if I can maintain this as a lifestyle.

I should also add that I convert my dollars to #bitcoin 4 times a month.

Maybe add in some intermittent fasting. Start off by simply not having breakfast so that you will have fasted from previous evenings meal until noon meal. Then after a while, stop having anything to eat after 8pm.

This is how i do it but if it does not fit with your lifestyle, research other eating windows.

I need to stop eating after 7 pm. My problem is that my main time to lift weights is in the evening, and I need to consume protein afterwards.

Sounds very good to me.

I wish I could get my other family members to do it, but they just don't really care that much.
