Ground beef
Beef sausage
Eggs are really good for you
Substitute chicken or pork a couple nights a week
If you drink 2-3 cups of buttered coffee in the morning you'll have all day energy and can sustain yourself on one meat based meal a day, either supper or a late lunch.
