Its a NIP-66 client, so if you're looking for a programmatic solution, you can also just use NIP-66... (Its still a draft, search PRs in nostr-protocol/nips

We made something like uptime robot but specifically for nostr relays called nostr:npub1wsguarddmjs97h4m026fsmv5974jk2s2rgu2urt7remjz9nnah0qq2mlse

Not public like nostr.watch though. More of a tool for relay operators to monitor uptime and req/write latency.
