….we my younger brother and I used to ride everywhere (even on the interstate) in the bed of my dad’s f150 “3 on the tree” single bench seat truck…it was glorious…with wind whipping ur hair that would occasionally snap u in the eye😖
….we were better then🌅…this glorious past is another thing big govt has stolen from us
….all above activities would like result in a call to child protection services today😳🤦🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
It was nice to be able to grow up wild and make mistakes. No room for error anymore. Everything must be regulated 😢
Kids growing up in zero tolerance settings…not getting to be retarded when they’re young….and then we wonder why we end up with so many poorly adjusted young adults….sad imo🤦🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
My family just never really lived in fear and so I was pretty fearless. It’s definitely something to try to hold on to.
My parents definitely weren’t rebels…rat pack inspired drinkers and smokers maybe but not freedom warriors🤔
….times were just freer and govts, while just as corrupt, were not as powerful and intrusive in day to day decisions of life (…including parenting)…I’ll say it again…we were better back then (…change my mind😉)
