What’s the smallest change you’ve made in life that’s had the biggest impact?

When I turned 30 I decided to give myself the gift of cutting out the losers.
Some of them were long-time friends and some were family. It hurt and it sounds harsh, but these people were a constant drain on me emotionally, physically and financially.
I trimmed things down to a small-ish group of positive people, who get after it every day; who I truly care for and who truly care for me. My life improved exponentially.
So important.

Set personal boundaries and keep them. Bust your a$$ every day, if you need to, to keep the toxic and negative sh*t out.
