Alright, looking into getting a freeze dryer and noticed that Harvest Right has a lot of bad recent reviews. Is this just because they got popular and people are expecting it to be like a washing machine or is it legit problems? What other home freeze dryer brands are there?

A lot has to do with expectations. There’s a learning curve for sure.
