just wondering your assessment as far as beneficiaries contesting in courts lately/executor pretty much have a lock or is their judge judgement coming in to play? Idk the progression if contested. Jury?

I can’t really answer this question. If the trust is contested by anyone with an interest it can be dealt with in court but it’s highly dependent on the facts of the situation.
