No between my company and another Florida company. I know FL is pretty strict with non-compete and I'm trying to change the offered noncompete to something less.

So, only one provision? Does it affect any other provisions? Are they open to negotiating? Leverage?
No the provisions I'm trying to change is mileage radius from facilities, length of time, and limiting to not be able to practice in the specific facilities doing the same thing if they are in them
It seems that you know exactly where you would want to counteroffer some of the original proposal. So what are the issues in specific that you would want some help with in those (3?) provisions?

I had the final interview today but haven't signed the contract yet. I was trying to see if it was reasonable to decrease the radius, and length of time, and remove ability to not practice at other practice locations.
They were willing to remove the last but are talking to their in house team about the other two. I have the job if I want it but I feel pretty limited based off the nature of the specialty, the practice locations/type, radius from those locations, and needing their approval to work other places even though they will not be my primary job and they are aware of that
