I agree, but don't fool yourself into thinking the status quo is an accident, or easily changed
Doctor, Patient, Pharmacist are leafs because they are all paying the software middle man who captures the market.
This chart looks like it contains decades of knowledge and expertise
Ok I'm gonna rant about this -
cuz in my head the model should be doctor/pharmacy/clinic should all be collapsed down into one, not separated into departments...... integrated medicine should be end-to-end integrated, not "dis-integrated" like the current western medical practice is
if you look at ancient ayurvedic and eastern medicine.... its all integrated and wholistic.... you don't treat one body part separately from the other. its this western modern construct that decides to separate systems....metabolism/gastro/immunology should never have become separate departments and scientific journals should have never allowed research to be published that conflate correlation with causation, ok i'll shut up now 🙄🙄
It's integrated because both the pharmacy and the doctor are reading from and writing into the patients relay. They can see each other. And all the other docs writing into it as well.
