I was today days old when I found I have congutivitis.
Otoh that explains why reading anything over the past couple of weeks has been so incredibly hard

Conjunctivitis doesn’t affect vision. You must be just over 40

Yeah, I did because my eye sight was getting worse by the day, it was incredibly blurry and would take me about 4 or 5 seconds before I could focus my eyes on something.
Turns out I had all kinds of foreign objects in my eyes the oftalmologist had to clean out and gave me all kinds of meds.
But insane, I can already see so much better!
My vet recommends cold chamomile tea. Not tried it myself
Its an inflamation so that makes sense. I can imagine it wont hurt your eyes either, like perhaps other stuff would.
I'd try it Pablo, atleast if you can find chamomile (would avoid teabags with other stuff in it as well). Make sure there are no solids in the water. A good strong tea, and then diluted with water 1:1 should work. Its a bit of a hassle, but try to get your eyes in a bowl, and move your eyes submerges around for 3~5 minutes.
Or....get some eyedroples from a pharmacy😅🤷♂️
