Exactly, but I don’t blame him. Politicians are going to politic. It’s in his nature. You can’t expect him to be anything, other than what he is. A narcissist.
However, I do blame the majority of Canadians who don’t hold him to account. That let his corruption slide and trust that he’s “doing the best he can”.
Idk what’s more likely. People recognizing it’s disingenuous virtue and not voting for someone like that in the first place, or holding him accountable. They both seem highly unlikely
As evidenced by our election results and the nature of our political discourse, neither. He’s skated through so many scandals, his cabinet has followed his lead and have been found guilty of breaking ethics laws, and still they win. I believe there are 31% of a Canadians that will blindly vote for the his party regardless of what they do, or say.
