There is 0 evidence that any of the students had firearms at all nevermind fired on law enforcement. No firearms were found on or near the dead or injured students.

Violence was initiated by the guard and police the night before when they tear gassed and beat unarmed protestors without even lying that they were attacked first.

Do you really believe the people who fired rifles into a crowd are the good guys?

FBI/ SLED testified (direct evidence) to bullet holes with trajectory pointing towards the dormitory. I don’t think you can claim NO evidence. I’m not arguing good guy/ bad guy. I am suggesting you oversimplified this event to suit the narrative you wanted. The truth is almost always somewhere between. At common law arson warrants deadly force.

Idk what happened in the 1960s in Orangeburg, but OP said there was “0 evidence” and wikipedia suggests there was evidence proffered, bullshit or compelling or whatever. I don’t like half a story engineered for a narrative.
