I'm working on improving like a psychopath for a year or so now. 😅
it looks really great, i have already tried to improve the shape with round metal grids
That's what I did when doing in regular household oven. Now I can't so it has to work without. The most important thing is the flour. Ever since switching to a specific brand, it works way better.
