Good for the curious, bad for the lazy

Absolutely, the curious will need to be diligent. I think it will be like working out, if we don’t muscle will atrophy. We need to learn how to write properly, think, and build without it… practice all these and use ai to enhance our practice
Depends on the user. Great for the curious, open-minded, and those who leverage it for idea generation, iterative tasks. Terrible for those with a propensity to cheat, cut corners. etc. We have two teen sons in high school and teachers are already struggling with students using it for essays.

It's a tool. Tools are good.
It really depends on the will of good and smart people, revolutions will never come from big monopolies, radical changes come always from anons, so imagine using the AI for the opposite of what these psychopaths want 😉

It's like every other tool, good sides bad sides.
Technology is never good or bad. It is raw unemotional disinterested power. People have interests and are in competition in a limited world. Those people call things good or bad depending on their interests.

Software are tools and more tools means more options. As humanity expands to The Moon, Mars and beyond, humanity will become decentralized.
Individuals will be able to choose between vastly different forms of civilizations. This is the ultimate path of branching options and optionality.
It depends. For independence and sovereignty? Probably bad.
As with all creations its a double edged sword. Problems will arise as AI does things better and there will be those who become fully dependent on it. What I can see coming of it is all of these 'tools' that will be created for content that's AI created. No one will be allowed to be smarter than the 'AI'. It will become a godhead for the soul-less
