I'm not on artix right now, but runit might be a good choice in this vibe coded era because its code base is so small

Void uses runit too, so there might be some good extra resources there also

Artix has lots of runit specific service packages, but yes. Void is great. I used to be heavily involved with the project, but atm, it's just my desktop os.

my laptop has been on artix for a few years, using OpenRC since i come from gentoo
