Didn’t use to be like that.

It’s an inherent flaw of left-wing ideologies which are always in pursuit of revolution - they don’t know when to take the win.

They got their equality but that wasn’t equal enough for the most radical elements and there was fundraising and jobs on the line, so they pushed to the next thing then the next then the next.

Same thing happened with Unions. They start out as workers trying to protect themselves from shitty business practices and keep going and going until they become completely unrecognisable from the original goal.

"They don't know when to take the win" is bang on target 🎯

All these movements are like a pendulum, they start at one extreme in opposition to an injustice, then take on a life of their own and swing to the other extreme - becoming just another flavor of the thing they were fighting against.

Meanwhile the injustice remains.

It is not that they do not know when to take the win, but more like the more radical left would consider the other left not "radical" enough.
