I had something similar happen once where it built a bunch of things but didn't update the included index.html or app router. I had to say something like okay now that you built it update the index page so I can use the updated application.

Have you run stacks on a Windows machine by chance?
I'm still running into the same MCP errors. I tried to build from source, but am still having the same problem that "npx" can't be found even though I've installed Nodejs and can confirm it's in PATH.
